Los ciudadanos alemanes que soliciten ingresar a la República Argentina en el marco del Memorándum de Entendimiento entre Argentina y Alemania sobre un Programa de Vacaciones y Trabajo (2016) deberán obtener la visa correspondiente. Pueden participar de este programa los jóvenes alemanes que cumplimenten los siguientes requisitos al momento de solicitar el visado:

• Ser ciudadano alemán, titular de un pasaporte alemán vigente;
• Tener entre 18 y 30 años de edad, inclusive;
• No viajar con acompañantes a su cargo, salvo que éstos obtengan su propia visa;
• No haber participado anteriormente de este Programa;
• No poseer antecedentes penales;
• Acreditar fondos suficientes para cubrir los gastos iniciales de su estadía;
• Tener reserva de pasaje de regreso a su lugar de origen, o bien acreditar los fondos necesarios para adquirirlo;
• Contar durante toda su estadía con un seguro médico y por accidente que cubra gastos de hospitalización y repatriación;

Se recuerda que, al obtener una visa de Vacaciones y Trabajo, los participantes de este Programa podrán permanecer en la Argentina por un período de hasta doce (12) meses, no prorrogable. Podrán entrar y salir de la Argentina y trabajar hasta seis (6) meses del total de su estadía, dado que el objetivo principal de este Programa es incentivar actividades turísticas y de esparcimiento. Asimismo, podrán participar de cursos de formación o capacitación por hasta seis (6) meses durante su estadía.

 

Cómo aplicar:

El trámite de solicitud de visa es personal y debe hacerlo ante el Consulado argentino que corresponda a su lugar de residencia habitual.

Por favor envíe copia escaneada de la siguiente documentación vía correo electrónico a consulado_ealem@mrecic.gov.ar, al menos cuarenta y cinco (45) días antes de la fecha prevista para el viaje y no más de noventa (90) días antes:

 

Requisitos:

A) Formulario de Solicitud de Visa FSV (disponible para descargar al final de página). Complete todos los campos -preferentemente en forma electrónica- excepto los N° 50 y 51;

B) Copia escaneada de su Pasaporte alemán, incluyendo todas las páginas intervenidas (con sellos o visas). El pasaporte debe tener una vigencia mínima de seis (6) meses a la fecha de ingreso a la Argentina, y al menos una hoja (dos carillas) en blanco disponible;

C) Comprobante de domicilio (Meldebescheinigung);

D) Dos (2) fotografías actuales 4x4cm, de frente, a color, fondo blanco (para traer el día de la entrevista);

E) Original de Certificado de antecedentes penales emitido por el o los países donde hubiera residido por un plazo superior a UN (1) año, durante el transcurso de los últimos TRES (3) AÑOS, con Apostilla de La Haya y traducción al español (con un plazo máximo de validez de 90 días a la fecha prevista de viaje);

F) Declaración jurada de ausencia de antecedentes penales en otros países, firmada ante el Cónsul;

G) Reserva de pasajes de ida y vuelta a su nombre (se recomienda no adquirir los pasajes hasta tanto la visa no haya sido otorgada). En caso de no contar con reserva de vuelo de regreso, se deberá contar con fondos suficientes para comprarlo;

H) Acreditación de fondos suficientes para solventar el inicio de su estadía (mínimo de € 2.500). Este requisito puede acreditarse con resúmenes bancarios de los tres últimos meses o resúmenes de tarjeta de crédito (propios y no de terceros);

I) Seguro médico y por accidente por un mínimo de € 30.000 que cubra gastos de hospitalización y repatriación durante toda la duración de su estadía;

J) Carta de motivación que ponga de manifiesto que el motivo de la solicitud es vacacionar en Argentina, siendo el empleo una actividad incidental;

K) Entrevista consular: Todos los solicitantes de visa deben presentarse en persona para una entrevista consular. Si la solicitud está incompleta, no se le dará cita para la entrevista. El día de la cita el solicitante deberá presentar la documentación requerida en original. Si la documentación está incompleta no se iniciará el trámite y deberá solicitar una nueva cita, la cual quedará sujeta a disponibilidad.

La enumeración precedente no es taxativa. La autoridad consular podrá solicitarle la presentación de información adicional.

El sólo cumplimiento de los requisitos antes mencionados no garantiza el otorgamiento de la visa, siendo esta una prerrogativa exclusiva del Estado argentino

 

Arancel:

El costo de la visa de Vacaciones & Trabajo es de EUR 150.- y sólo se podrá abonar mediante tarjeta de débito (EC-Karte). IMPORTANTE: El arancel se cobra por la tramitación de la visa y la entrevista, y no implica en modo alguno que se vaya a conceder el visado. Una vez tramitada la solicitud, NO SE REALIZARÁN REEMBOLSOS.

Working Holiday Programme

German citizens who wish to enter the Argentine Republic within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Argentina and the Federal Republic of Germany on a Working Holiday Programme (2016) must obtain the relevant visa. The working holiday visa shall be issued to German nationals who meet the following requirements at the time of submitting the application:

• German citizenship, with a valid Passport;
• 18 to 30 years old;
• It is not permitted to travel with dependent family members, unless they get their own visa;
• No prior participation in the Working Holiday Programme;
• No criminal record;
• Proof of sufficient funds for maintenance during the initial period of stay;
• Submit a return ticket or proof of sufficient funds to purchase it;
• Health and accident insurance (including hospitalization and repatriation in case of illness or death; valid from the day of entry for the entire stay)

Applicants are reminded that, upon obtaining a Working Holiday Visa, they will be authorized to stay in Argentina for a period of up to twelve (12) months, non-renewable. They may enter into and leave Argentina and work as an incidental aspect of their holiday in order to supplement their travel funds. The main purpose of the trip to Argentina is to be a holiday stay. They shall not work for more than a total of six (6) months during their stay. They may engage in one or more study courses for a total of up to six (6) months.

 

How to apply:

The visa application process is personal, and it may be submitted at the Argentine Consular Office in the place of residence.

To apply, please send scanned copies of the following documents via email to consulado_ealem@mrecic.gov.ar, at least forty-five (45) days before your intended journey and no earlier than ninety (90) days beforehand:

 

Requirements:

A) Visa application form FSV (available to download it at the bottom of this page). Complete all fields –electronically, if possible- except for numbers 50 and 51;

B) Scanned copy of your german passport, including all pages with stamps or visas. The passport must have a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of entry into Argentina, and at least one blank page (two sides) available;

C) Copy of Meldebescheinigung (proof of place of residence);

D) Two (2) current photos, 4x4cm, full front view, in color, on a white background (to be brought on the day of the interview);

E) An original criminal record certificate issued by the country or countries where you have resided for a period of more than ONE (1) year during the past THREE (3) YEARS, legalized by The Hague Apostille and with Spanish translation (The certificate must not be older than ninety days at the time of the planned trip);

F) An affidavit stating that the applicant has no criminal record in other countries, signed before the Consul;

G) Round trip ticket reservation under applicant´s name (It is recommended that you DO NOT purchase non-refundable airline tickets to Argentina before the visa is granted). In case of no return ticket, proof of sufficient funds to purchase it;

H) Proof of sufficient funds for the applicant's maintenance during the initial period of stay (a minimum of € 2.500). This requirement may be fulfilled by submitting bank statements for the last three months or credit card statements (on your own, not from third parties);

I) Health and accident insurance, minimum coverage: €30.000 including hospitalization and repatriation in case of illness or death; valid from the day of entry for the entire stay;

J) Personalized letter of motivation stating that the main purpose of the trip is to vacation in Argentina, being work an incidental aspect of the visit;

K) Visa interview: All visa applicants are requested to appear in person for a consular interview. If the visa application is incomplete, you will not be given an appointment for the interview. On the day of the visa interview, the applicant must present the required documents in their original form. If the documents are incomplete, the applicant will need to request a new appointment, which will be subject to availability.

The Consular authority could require the applicant to submit extra documentation, if needed.

The fulfillment of the requirements above-mentioned does not guarantee the granting of the visa, being an exclusive prerogative of the Argentine state.

 

Fee:

A EUR 150.- fee will be applied and shall only be paid by debit card (EC-Karte). PLEASE NOTE: Application fee is charged for the processing and visa interview and does not in any way imply that the Visa will be granted. Once application is processed, there are NO REFUNDS.
