I. Ingreso por turismo sin visa
Los ciudadanos de ciertos países (entre ellos, Alemania) no requieren visa para ingresar a la Argentina como turistas por un plazo de permanencia de hasta 90 (noventa) días.

II. Autorización de Viaje Electrónica (AVE)
La AVE alcanza a los extranjeros titulares de pasaportes ordinarios válidos y vigentes, que viajen por turismo a la República Argentina, de una lista de países elegibles. Para esto, necesitan de manera excluyente ser poseedores de una visa vigente categoría B2/ J / B1 / O / P (P1-P2-P3) / E / H-1B emitida por los Estados Unidos de América. (NO GREEN CARD)
Respecto de los extranjeros originarios de jurisdicciones que se encuentren exceptuadas de visado para el ingreso a los ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA, titulares de pasaportes ordinarios, diplomáticos, oficiales o de servicio válidos y vigentes, podrán tramitar su AVE siempre que demuestren y sea verificable al menos UN (1) ingreso al mencionado país, en los DOS (2) años anteriores a la solicitud o bien que dispongan de un permiso vigente emitido por el Sistema Electrónico para la Autorización de Viaje (ESTA, por sus siglas en inglés) o visas B2/ J / B1 / O / P (P1-P2-P3) / E / H-1B emitidas por los Estados Unidos de América. Se tramita de manera online ante la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones y demora hasta 20 (veinte) días hábiles.
Quien reciba una AVE tendrá tres (3) meses corridos para ingresar a la Argentina y podrá permanecer por tres (3) meses corridos desde su ingreso, con múltiples entradas y salidas.

III. Visa de Turismo
El plazo de permanencia autorizado para este tipo de visa es de hasta noventa (90) días.
Las y los nacionales extranjeros que no estén exentos de una visa de turismo y que no puedan solicitar una AVE deberán tramitar una visa de turismo para ingresar a la Argentina ante la Sección Consular
Para solicitar una visa, por favor envíe copia escaneada de la siguiente documentación vía correo electrónico a consulado_ealem@mrecic.gov.ar, al menos cuarenta y cinco (45) días antes de la fecha prevista para el viaje y no más de noventa (90) días antes:
Requisitos:
A) Formulario de Solicitud de Visa FSV (disponible para descargar al final de página). Complete todos los campos -preferentemente en forma electrónica- excepto los N° 50 y 51;
B) Copia escaneada de su Pasaporte, incluyendo todas las páginas intervenidas (con sellos o visas). El pasaporte debe tener una vigencia mínima de seis (6) meses a la fecha de ingreso a la Argentina, y al menos una hoja (dos carillas) en blanco disponible;
C) Dos (2) fotografías actuales 4x4cm, de frente, a color, fondo blanco (para traer el día de la entrevista);
D) Documento que pruebe su estatus migratorio en Alemania;
E) Reserva de pasajes de ida y vuelta a su nombre (se recomienda no adquirir los pasajes hasta tanto la visa no haya sido otorgada);
F) Itinerario turístico y Alojamiento: indicar itinerario turístico y presentar reserva hotelera a su nombre o carta de invitación de una persona que lo alojará en su domicilio, de acuerdo al modelo disponible en el siguiente enlace https://cancilleria.gob.ar/es/servicios/carta-de-invitacion/invitacion-extranjeros-para-turismo;
G) Constancia de solvencia económica: Presentar estados de cuenta bancarios de los últimos seis (6) meses;
H) Además, presentar uno (1) de los siguientes documentos, según corresponda:
- Original de constancia de trabajo actualizada: carta con membrete de la compañía, donde conste el puesto, antigüedad, remuneración y datos de contacto del empleador, confirmando tu empleo (con traducción al español);
- Original de carta de la universidad confirmando que actualmente está inscripto en dicha institución educativa (con traducción al español);
- Si usted es dueño de su negocio, copia del registro oficial y la declaración de impuestos del último año (con traducción al español);
I) Seguro de salud: Debe contarse con un seguro de salud que cubra la asistencia médica durante toda la duración de su estadía;
J) Si el solicitante es menor de 18 años, se requiere presentar:
- Partida de nacimiento del solicitante de la visa con Apostilla de La Haya y traducción al español. El original será conservado en la Sección Consular;
- Documentos de identidad / Pasaportes válidos de ambos progenitores;
- Venia de viaje firmada por ambos progenitores para tramitar la visa y designación de quien será responsable por el menor durante su estadía en Argentina (firmada ante el Cónsul o por notario público, apostillada y traducida al español);
K) Entrevista consular (obligatoria, sin excepciones): Todos los solicitantes de visa deben presentarse en persona para una entrevista consular. Los menores tienen que estar acompañados por ambos progenitores. Si la solicitud está incompleta, no se le dará cita para la entrevista. El día de la cita el solicitante deberá presentar la documentación requerida en original. Si la documentación está incompleta no se iniciará el trámite y deberá solicitar una nueva cita, la cual quedará sujeta a disponibilidad.
La enumeración precedente no es taxativa. La autoridad consular podrá solicitarle la presentación de información adicional.
El sólo cumplimiento de los requisitos antes mencionados no garantiza el otorgamiento de la visa, siendo esta una prerrogativa exclusiva del Estado argentino
Arancel
El costo de la visa de turista es de EUR 150.- y sólo se podrá abonar mediante tarjeta de débito (EC-Karte). IMPORTANTE: El arancel se cobra por la tramitación de la visa y la entrevista, y no implica en modo alguno que se vaya a conceder el visado. Una vez tramitada la solicitud, NO SE REALIZARÁN REEMBOLSOS.
- Para nacionales de la India y Marruecos la visa de turista es gratuita.
- Para aquellos que requieren un Certificado de Viaje (Ej. Taiwán) el arancel de la visa de turista será de EUR 250.-

Tourist Visa
I. Entry to Argentina for Tourism without a visa

II. Electronic Travel Authorisation (AVE)
The AVE applies to foreigners holding valid and current ordinary passports who travel to Argentina for tourism, from a list of eligible countries. For this purpose, they must be holders of a valid visa category B2 / J / B1 / O / P (P1-P2-P3) / E / H-1B issued by the United States of America (NO GREEN CARD).
Foreigners from jurisdictions that are exempt from visa requirements for entry into the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, holders of valid and valid ordinary, diplomatic, official or service passports, may apply for their AVE provided that they can prove and be verifiable at least ONE (1) entry to the aforementioned country, in the TWO (2) years prior to the application or they have a valid permit issued by the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) or B2 / J / B1 / O / P (P1-P2-P3) / E / H-1B visas issued by the United States of America (NO GREEN CARD).
The application is processed online through the National Directorate of Migration and takes up to twenty (20) business days.
The AVE will have a validity of three (3) consecutive months as from its issuance and starting on the date of entry to Argentina, an allowed period of stay of three (3) consecutive months allowing multiple entries and exits.

III. Tourist Visa
The authorized stay period for this type of visa is up to ninety (90) days.
Nationals who are not exempt from a tourist visa and who cannot apply for an AVE must apply for a tourist visa to enter Argentina at this Consular Section.
To apply, please send scanned copies of the following documents via email to consulado_ealem@mrecic.gov.ar, at least forty-five (45) days before your intended journey and no earlier than ninety (90) days beforehand:
Requirements:
A) Visa application form FSV (available to download it at the bottom of this page). Complete all fields –electronically, if possible- except for numbers 50 and 51;
B) Scanned copy of your passport, including all pages with stamps or visas. The passport must have a minimum validity of six (6) months from the date of entry into Argentina, and at least one blank page (two sides) available;
C) Two (2) current photos, 4x4cm, full front view, in color, on a white background (to be brought on the day of the interview);
D) Proof of the immigration status in Germany;
E) Round trip ticket reservation under applicant´s name (It is recommended that you DO NOT purchase non-refundable airline tickets to Argentina before the visa is granted);
F) Touristic itinerary and accommodation: Provide the touristic itinerary and submit a hotel reservation under applicant´s name or letter of invitation from a person who will accommodate you at their home, according to the model available at the following link: https://cancilleria.gob.ar/en/services/invitation-letter/invitation-foreign-nationals-tourism;
G) Proof of funds: Submit bank statements for the last six (6) months. Please ensure that both your checking and savings account statements are included. Each statement must clearly show an ending balance for each month;
H) In addition, submit one (1) of the following documents, as applicable:
- Original letter from your current employer containing company letterhead, task developed, salary and contact details, confirming your employment (with a Spanish translation);
- Original letter from the university confirming that you are currently enrolled at such educational institution (with a Spanish translation);
- If you own your business, copy of your business’ official registration and last year tax return (with a Spanish translation);
I) Health insurance: it must cover medical assistance for the entire duration of your stay;
J) If the applicant is under 18 years old, the following is required:
- Applicant´s birth certificate legalized by The Hague Apostille and with a Spanish translation. The original will be retained by the Consular Section;
- Valid IDs / Passports of both parents;
- A travel authorization signed by both parents to process the visa and a designation of the person who will be responsible for the minor during their stay in Argentina (signed before the Consul or by notary public, legalized by The Hague Apostille and translated into Spanish);
K) Visa interview (mandatory, with no exceptions): All visa applicants are requested to appear in person for a consular interview. Minors must be accompanied by both parents. If the visa application is incomplete, you will not be given an appointment for the interview. On the day of the visa interview, the applicant must present the required documents in their original form. If the documents are incomplete, the applicant will need to request a new appointment, which will be subject to availability.
The Consular authority could require the applicant to submit extra documentation, if needed.
The fulfillment of the requirements above-mentioned does not guarantee the granting of the visa, being an exclusive prerogative of the Argentine state.
Fee:
A EUR 150.- fee will be applied and shall only be paid by debit card (EC-Karte). PLEASE NOTE: Application fee is charged for the processing and visa interview and does not in any way imply that the Visa will be granted. Once application is processed, there are NO REFUNDS.
- For Nationals from India and Morocco the tourist visa is free of charge.
- For those who require a Travel Certificate (e.g. Taiwan) the tourist visa fee will be EUR 250.-
