Podrán solicitar esta visa de trabajo en la Sección Consular los extranjeros que residen dentro de nuestra jurisdicción (Ciudad de Berlín y Estados Federados de Brandeburgo, Sajonia, Sajonia-Anhalt y Turingia) y posean un contrato de trabajo celebrado en la Argentina,  o aquellos que sean transferidos desde una empresa en el extranjero hacia una filial en la Argentina por un período de al menos un (1) año.

Cómo aplicar:

El trámite de solicitud de visa es personal. Por favor envíe copia escaneada de la siguiente documentación vía correo electrónico a consulado_ealem@mrecic.gov.ar, al menos cuarenta y cinco (45) días antes de la fecha prevista para el viaje y no más de noventa (90) días antes:

Requisitos:

A) PERMISO DE INGRESO (PIM) emitido por la Dirección Nacional de Migraciones (DNM) y disponible en la Sección Consular (uno por cada solicitante); 

B) Formulario de Solicitud de Visa FSV (disponible para descargar al final de página). Complete todos los campos -preferentemente en forma electrónica- excepto los N° 50 y 51;

C) Copia escaneada de su Pasaporte, incluyendo todas las páginas intervenidas (con sellos o visas). El pasaporte debe tener una vigencia mínima de seis (6) meses a la fecha de ingreso a la Argentina, y al menos una hoja (dos carillas) en blanco;

D) Comprobante de domicilio (Meldebescheinigung);

E) Dos (2) fotografías actuales 4x4cm, de frente, a color, fondo blanco (para traer el día de la entrevista);

F) Documento que pruebe su estatus migratorio en Alemania;

G) CONTRATO de TRABAJO  o TRANSFERENCIA DENTRO DE UNA EMPRESA: 

• Contrato laboral suscrito por el empleador, en el cual conste el número de inscripción ante el Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes de Extranjeros (RENURE) de la entidad contratante, con firma de su representante certificada por "Escribano Público" argentino y legalizada por "Colegio de Escribanos" correspondiente. El solicitante del visado deberá firmar dicho contrato ante el Cónsul. Para la certificación consular de la firma del solicitante deberá abonar un arancel de EUR 60.-
• En el caso de transferencias dentro de una misma empresa: Copia simple del contrato de trabajo y constancia de trabajo emitida por la empresa en el exterior (la carta debe ser con membrete de la compañía y constar el puesto, antigüedad, remuneración mensual, persona a contactar y tiempo por el cual será trasladado). Esta carta debe estar legalizada/apostillada y con traducción pública al español; 

H) Certificado de antecedentes penales original emitido por el o los países donde hubiera residido por un plazo superior a UN (1) año, durante el transcurso de los últimos TRES (3) AÑOS, con Apostilla de La Haya y traducción pública al español (con un plazo máximo de validez de 90 días a la fecha prevista de viaje);

I) Declaración jurada de ausencia de antecedentes penales en otros países, firmada ante el Cónsul;

J) Entrevista consular (obligatoria, sin excepciones): Todos los solicitantes de visa deben presentarse en persona para una entrevista consular. Si la solicitud está incompleta, no se le dará cita para la entrevista. El día de la cita el solicitante deberá presentar la documentación requerida en original. Si la documentación está incompleta no se iniciará el trámite y deberá solicitar una nueva cita, la cual quedará sujeta a disponibilidad.

La enumeración precedente no es taxativa. La autoridad consular podrá solicitarle la presentación de información adicional.

El sólo cumplimiento de los requisitos antes mencionados no garantiza el otorgamiento de la visa, siendo esta una prerrogativa exclusiva del Estado argentino. 

Arancel:

El costo de la visa es de EUR 250.- y sólo se podrá abonar mediante tarjeta. IMPORTANTE: El arancel se cobra por la tramitación de la visa y la entrevista, y no implica en modo alguno que se vaya a conceder el visado. Una vez tramitada la solicitud, NO SE REALIZARÁN REEMBOLSOS.

 

NOTA: Todo documento extranjero emitido por países no miembros del Convenio de La Haya deberá contar con la legalización del Consulado Argentino, sito en el país emisor del documento y con traducción pública al español.

Temporary Work Visa

Foreigners residing within our jurisdiction holders of an employment contract issued in Argentina for a period of at least one (1) year and personnel or staff of a foreign company being transferred from to its subsidiary (or a third Company) to Argentina, may apply for this visa at the Consular Section in Berlin.

How to apply:

The visa application process is personal. To apply, please send scanned copies of the following documents via email to consulado_ealem@mrecic.gov.ar, at least forty-five (45) days before your intended journey and no earlier than ninety (90) days beforehand:

Requirements:

A) ENTRY PERMIT (PIM) Issued by the National Directorate of Migration (DNM) and available at the Consular Section (one per applicant); 

B) Visa application form FSV (available to download it at the bottom of this page). Complete all fields –electronically, if possible- except for numbers 50 and 51;

C) Scanned copy of your passport, including all pages with stamps or visas. The passport must have a minimum validity of six (6 months) from the date of entry into Argentina, and at least one blank page (two sides) available;

D) Copy of Meldebescheinigung (proof of place of residence);

E) Two (2) current photos, 4x4cm, full front view, in color, on a white background (to be brought on the day of the interview);

F) Proof of the immigration status in Germany;

G) EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT / INTRA-COMPANY TRANSFERS 

• Employment contract signed by the employer and including the RENURE registration number of the contracting company. The signature of the company's representative must be certified by a Notary Public in Argentina and the relevant Association of Notaries Public ("Colegio de Escribanos"). The visa applicant must sign the contract before the Consul. When presenting a contract of employment, there will be a fee of EUR 60.- for consular certification of the employee’s signature;
• In the case of  Intra-company transfers: Copy of the employment contract issued by the company abroad  and letter from the company including position, years of service, monthly remuneration, contact information and period of transfer. The letter must be written on company letter-head paper and duly signed by an authorized person of the company. This letter must be legalized by The Hague Apostille and with certified translation into Spanish. 

H) Original criminal record certificate issued by the country or countries where you have resided for a period of more than ONE (1) year during the past THREE (3) YEARS, legalized by The Hague Apostille and with certified translation into Spanish (The certificate must not be older than ninety days at the time of the planned trip);

I) An affidavit stating that the applicant has no criminal record in other countries, signed before the Consul;

J) Visa interview (mandatory, with no exceptions): All visa applicants are requested to appear in person for a consular interview. If the visa application is incomplete, you will not be given an appointment for the interview. On the day of the visa interview, the applicant must present the required documents in their original form. If the documents are incomplete, the applicant will need to request a new appointment, which will be subject to availability.

The Consular authority could require the applicant to submit extra documentation, if needed.

The fulfillment of the requirements above-mentioned does not guarantee the granting of the visa, being an exclusive prerogative of the Argentine state.

Fee:

A EUR 250.- fee will be applied and shall only be paid by card. PLEASE NOTE: Application fee is charged for the processing and visa interview and does not in any way imply that the Visa will be granted. Once application is processed, there are NO REFUNDS.

 

NOTE: Any foreign document issued by countries that are not parties to the Hague Convention must be legalized by the Argentine Consulate located in the country of issuance and be accompanied by a certified translation into Spanish.
