La visa temporaria por reunificación familiar es para aquellos extranjeros que residen en la jurisdicción de la Sección Consular (Ciudad de Berlín y Estados Federados de Brandeburgo, Sajonia, Sajonia-Anhalt y Turingia) y son:

1- Cónyuge, progenitor o hijo de argentino nativo, naturalizado o por opción. 

2- Cónyuge, progenitor o hijo soltero menor a DIECIOCHO (18) años no emancipado o mayor con capacidades diferentes, de un residente permanente o temporario en la República Argentina. 

Cómo aplicar:

El trámite de solicitud de visa es personal. Por favor envíe copia escaneada de la siguiente documentación vía correo electrónico a consulado_ealem@mrecic.gov.ar, al menos cuarenta y cinco (45) días antes de la fecha prevista para el viaje y no más de noventa (90) días antes:

Requisitos:

A) PERMISO CONSULAR (PIC) emitido por la Sección Consular; 

B) Formulario de Solicitud de Visa FSV (disponible para descargar al final de página). Complete todos los campos -preferentemente en forma electrónica- excepto los N° 50 y 51;

C) Copia escaneada de su Pasaporte, incluyendo todas las páginas intervenidas (con sellos o visas). El pasaporte debe tener una vigencia mínima de seis (6) meses a la fecha de ingreso a la Argentina, y al menos una hoja (dos carillas) en blanco;

D) Comprobante de domicilio (Meldebescheinigung);

E) Dos (2) fotografías actuales 4x4cm, de frente, a color, fondo blanco (para traer el día de la entrevista);

F) Documento que pruebe su estatus migratorio en Alemania;

G) Partida de nacimiento (si aplica): con Apostilla de La Haya y traducción pública al español. Si el nacimiento ocurrió en Alemania deberá presentarse Partida de Nacimiento en formato internacional apostillada ("Internationale Gerbursturkunde mit Apostille"), que no requiere traducción al español; 

H) Partida de matrimonio (si aplica): con Apostilla de La Haya y traducción pública al español. Si el matrimonio ocurrió en Alemania deberá presentarse Partida de Matrimonio en formato internacional apostillada ("Internationale Heiratsurkunde mit Apostille"), que no requiere traducción al español; 

I) Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI) del familiar argentino o residente permanente/temporario en la República Argentina. En caso de no poseer el original, deberá presentar una copia certificada ante Escribano Público argentino y el Colegio de Escribanos correspondiente; 

J) Certificado de domicilio del familiar argentino o residente permanente/temporario en la República Argentina; 

K) Si el solicitante es menor de 18 años, se requiere presentar: autorización expresa de ambos progenitores/tutor legal para tramitar la visa. Dicha autorización puede ser tramitada ante la Sección Consular. En caso de documento extranjero, debe contar con Apostilla de La Haya y traducción pública al español. 

L) Si el solicitante es mayor de 16 años:

• Original de Certificado de antecedentes penales emitido por el o los países donde hubiera residido por un plazo superior a UN (1) año, durante el transcurso de los últimos TRES (3) AÑOS, con Apostilla de La Haya y traducción pública al español (con un plazo máximo de validez de 90 días a la fecha prevista de viaje);
• Declaración jurada de ausencia de antecedentes penales en otros países, firmada ante el Cónsul;

M) Entrevista consular (obligatoria, sin excepciones): Todos los solicitantes de visa deben presentarse en persona para una entrevista consular. Los menores tienen que estar acompañados por ambos progenitores. Si la solicitud está incompleta, no se le dará cita para la entrevista. El día de la cita el solicitante deberá presentar la documentación requerida en original. Si la documentación está incompleta no se iniciará el trámite y deberá solicitar una nueva cita, la cual quedará sujeta a disponibilidad.

La enumeración precedente no es taxativa. La autoridad consular podrá solicitarle la presentación de información adicional.

El sólo cumplimiento de los requisitos antes mencionados no garantiza el otorgamiento de la visa, siendo esta una prerrogativa exclusiva del Estado argentino. 

Aranceles:

Arancel consular: EUR 250.-

Tasa migratoria: EUR 300.- para ciudadanos MERCOSUR y EUR 600.- para ciudadanos EXTRA-MERCOSUR.

Los aranceles no son reembolsables, incluso si la visa es denegada. 

 

NOTA: Todo documento extranjero emitido por países no miembros del Convenio de La Haya deberá contar con la legalización del Consulado Argentino, sito en el país emisor del documento y con traducción pública al español.

Temporary Visa for Family reunification

Foreigners residing within our jurisdiction, may apply for this visa at the Consular Section in Berlin, in case of: 

1- Spouse, parent or children of Argentine native, naturalized or by option.

2- Spouse, parent or children under 18 years old or over 18 with disabilities, of a permanent or temporary resident in Argentina.

How to apply:

The visa application process is personal. To apply, please send scanned copies of the following documents via email to consulado_ealem@mrecic.gov.ar, at least forty-five (45) days before your intended journey and no earlier than ninety (90) days beforehand:

Requirements:

A) CONSULAR PERMIT (PIC) issued by the Consular Section;

B) Visa application form FSV (available to download it at the bottom of this page). Complete all fields –electronically, if possible- except for numbers 50 and 51;

C) Scanned copy of your passport, including all pages with stamps or visas. The passport must have a minimum validity of six (6 months) from the date of entry into Argentina, and at least one blank page (two sides) available;

D) Copy of Meldebescheinigung (proof of place of residence);

E) Two (2) current photos, 4x4cm, full front view, in color, on a white background (to be brought on the day of the interview);

F) Proof of the immigration status in Germany;

G) Birth certificate (If applicable) legalized by The Hague Apostille and with certified translation into Spanish. If you were born in Germany, you must submit an international birth certificate with Apostille ("Internationale Gerbursturkunde mit Apostille"), a translation into Spanish is not required; 

H) Marriage certificate (If applicable) legalized by The Hague Apostille and with certified translation into Spanish. If the marriage took place in Germany, you must submit an international marriage certificate with Apostille ("Internationale Heiratsurkunde mit Apostille"), a translation into Spanish is not required; 

I) DNI of the Argentine relative or permanent/temporary resident in Argentina. If the original is not submitted; certified copy by a Notary Public in Argentina and the relevant Association of Notaries Public ("Colegio de Escribanos"); 

J) Proof of residence of the Argentine relative or permanent/temporary resident in Argentina; 

K) If the applicant is under 18 years old, the following is required: authorization by both parents / legal tutor in order to apply for the visa (signed before the Consul or by notary public, legalized by The Hague Apostille and with certified translation into Spanish); 

L) If the applicant is over 16 years old:

• Original criminal record certificate issued by the country or countries where you have resided for a period of more than ONE (1) year during the past THREE (3) YEARS, legalized by The Hague Apostille and with certified translation into Spanish (The certificate must not be older than ninety days at the time of the planned trip);
• An affidavit stating that the applicant has no criminal record in other countries, signed before the Consul;

M) Visa interview (mandatory, with no exceptions): All visa applicants are requested to appear in person for a consular interview. Minors must be accompanied by both parents. If the visa application is incomplete, you will not be given an appointment for the interview. On the day of the visa interview, the applicant must present the required documents in their original form. If the documents are incomplete, the applicant will need to request a new appointment, which will be subject to availability.

The Consular authority could require the applicant to submit extra documentation, if needed.

The fulfillment of the requirements above-mentioned does not guarantee the granting of the visa, being an exclusive prerogative of the Argentine state.

Fee:

Consular fee: EUR 250.-

Migration fee: EUR 300.- for MERCOSUR citizens and EUR 600.- for non-MERCOSUR citizens.

Fees are non-refundable, even if the visa is denied.

 

NOTE: Any foreign document issued by countries that are not parties to the Hague Convention must be legalized by the Argentine Consulate located in the country of issuance and be accompanied by a certified translation into Spanish.
